This ritual is for before workouts or other health-seeking activities to be intentional in your quest for improved well-being. Use it to set an intention of seeking an improved life.

Ritual:

Before a health-seeking activity, say the following line out loud or in your head.

"I affirm my right to make and unmake my mind and body. I seek and welcome health, happiness, and strength in my life. I affirm my agency"

Perform the activity while keeping in mind the positive effects of the activity in the future. Imagine yourself enjoying those benefits now, as if you were living in that moment. (i.e. if you're working out, imagine how you will feel when your body is as you desire it to be. Imagine what you will do when you have achieved your goal and let the feelings of pride and joy wash over you.)

After your activity you can close with a closing call i.e. "It is done", "Hail Satan", etc.
